40 words of Japanese sounds wonderful. Do they include “cigarettes", “lighter” and “Red wine"?
Very brave to venture out into the country. I’m really pleased to see how many articles and stories are being published.R.

Good, informative site, Tony. I haven’t read everything yet, but look forward to returning here frequently. Very best wishes.

Hi Tony - congratulations on the launch of the site! I’ve been browsing some of the content and I’ll be back to look at more. The piece on the use of location in fiction really struck a chord, although I’d take it a little further and suggest that even bland can be sinister if you poke below the surface… isn’t there something strange and Stepford-like about a Geneva or a Brussels? Puts me in mind of that scene in WESTWORLD where all the guests are in bed and the night crews come up out of holes in the ground to return the place to its ordered state…
